I did it!  

Yes, I stepped down as Mod of M5, I'm sorry if I've decided against some of your posts on the previous entry. But I feel I owe it to the posters of the board to give them a chance.

Thanks everyone. I would post a lot here but heck, just visit the board - PARTING MESSAGE. LOL. I still have to promote the board, didn't I? LOL

Ayways, that's all. Thanks to all of you who gave me advices on the previous entry. Little did I know... it wasn't long before soon I had stepped down.

I'm back!  

Well, of course some of you didn't have the slightest idea that I was away...

Yes, I was. My mother was rushed to the hospital and my niece was also confined at another one. It was a week of emotional turmoil for me. I'm glad it was over! My mum was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neurolgia. My niece had Dengue Fever. What a mess. I slept in the hospital so someone could look after my mum. 

Anyway, it's September now. I hope it'll be my lucky month. It has always been. *nods* The 12th is my birthday, too. :D  This month is also our certification week for our L2 Mentoring Program (work-wise). If I passed everything (trainings, exams, hands-on stuff) I'll be an official Senoir CSR. That means a raise! YEY! 

September is also the Supernatural Season2 DVD month. *yay* Is it September 11 yet? Of course, I'll be ordering mine though PARC and hopefully it won't be so expensive. 

Speaking of Supernatural, our Jared Padalecki Board at fanforum is celebrating its One Year Anniversary. I hope everyone can join in.

We've had teamed up with www.broken-faith.net for a bigger project for Jared's birthday in July. It's our pleasure to announce that our Padalecki Birthday Project 2007 is finally up and running. We're making a scrapbook and a fan DVD for Jared.  [info]kaoschic84 (Liz) had been tasked to deliver it to the boys when she visits Canada in July (also in line with our Bring Texas to the Boys in Vancouver Project **). Padalecki Fan Art Challenge
(Jared's Fan Forum Contest)
So we thought what better way to celebrate Jared's Birthday is to dedicate the entire month of July for him. We'll be partying all month long and of course we need to pretty up the party.  So we came up with our very own - Padalecki Birthday Art Challenge

Here's how it will go.
If you are already a member of our Forum, then follow these steps...
1. Make a banner (500x300) or a wall paper (800x600). No theme exactly but it should be about our man. (If not, go someplace else)
2. Submit your works to either Liz or Gay (Do not post your art at the thread, we'd like to keep it all confidential until the deadline for submission is finished.)
3. After the deadline, we will post the arts so posters can PM us which one is their favorite. (One for a banner and one WP)
4. The mods will tally up the votes and announce the winners. Should there be a case of a tie, we will either feature both or do a tie breaker.

The contest starts now and you can submit your arts to us until June 24 (Sunday, 8pm EST). Voting will take place from June 25 - June 30.

The winner will have a day with Jared, nah,  seriously, the bragging rights and the arts will be featured here and at our Jared Forum.
